If i'm not mistaken. You will ONLY get alerts when you have a change in your report. That is when you'll get a score alert. Let's say everything remains the same on your report for 3 months. You're score will go up due to stuff aging but Nothing else changed so no alert will be given.
You must "force" an alert by using dormant cards and/or purchasing something on a card so that it reports a balance.
Also, having an inquiry will cause an alert. Anything that triggers an alert will cause it to alert you and if you score changes the alert will notify you about that as well
