Terrible MyFICO Customer Service

I have been a paying member of MyFICO's "Premier" service, which is supposed to offer services in the case of ID theft.  I recently became a victim of ID theft and was glad that I have this service at first.  I very quickly found out that it is a complete waste of money.  It has been almost 2 weeks now and they have provided literally zero service to me.  They say they provide 24/7 service but that is a complete lie.  Half the time nobody answers.  When they do answer they just tell me that I will receive a call back.  They NEVER call you back.  EVER.  That's literally all they have done in almost 2 weeks..."a specialist will call you back".  That's what I payed for....for someone to lie to me.  I feel that MyFICO is as big of a scammer as the person who stole my identity.  Highly recomend not purchasing their worthless services.
