Upgraded to premier & it’s still showing Advance

I upgraded to premier but every time I log in it's still the Advance subscription. I've tried my browser, app, desktop, laptop & nothing works. Payment went through. Anybody been through this ?

Is this issuing still occurring? Reaching out to support as Remedios suggested is the best course of action.
