Why is MyFICO so HORRIBLY slow in updating scores?

On 2/1/18 my Ex08 went from 735 to 736.  All of my other reporting services reported this change within 12 hours. Except MyFICO.  It took 12 days til 2/13 for you guys to update my score.  I called MyFICO CS to complain about the slowness but the rep couldnt be bothered. Worst CS dept Ive encountered in quite awhile

As a side note, this is not the first time MyFICO was slow in  posting, but this was the longest delay. Please dont tell me how MyFICO relies on the CRBs to update them. Thats an excuse.

I am just a volunteer with myFICO, but have you read this?  Has a long section on what "triggers" a score update in a section of it.  Hope this helps it explains some.
