myFICO EQ gets info from EQ?

I was trying to dispute a collection on myFICO EQ report but its not showing up in my EQ dispute online.. I called a EQ CSR and they told me that the information the myFICO gets from EQ isn't always correct and that I have to purchase a 10 dollar report from their website to get the accurate information from my report to dispute items...

Anyone else get this awkward infromation?

MyFICO gets their info directly from EQ for your EQ FICO report, SW, etc. You can even look in the soft inquiries on EQ and see myFICO listed in there. Maybe the baddie dropped on EQ in between the time you purchased your EQ FICO report and pulled a new report from Equifax.com?

If the 3 baddies some how dropped my score would sky rocket from where it was.. thats the only negs on my report. I know their still on there but the guy made it seem like I had to buy the 17 dollar report just to be able to dispute an item.
