myFICO® Identity Theft Security Deluxe DOES NOT UPDATE

I purchased myFICO® Identity Theft Security Deluxe two months ago and I have not gotten any alerts in two months.  I know I got an inquiry from CITIBANK on my Transunion credit file on September 28th because two other products I am evaluating (True Credit and Experian Triple alert) both sent me the alert the next day. 
 
Can anybody tell me what's going on with myFICO Identity Theft Security Deluxe and convince me to keep this product?

The MITSD provides alerts on a quarterly basis.  Each quarter you'll receive an email advising you that your updated report and alerts have arrived from TransUnion.  Then you can log in to your myFICO account and view them.

Well if you signed up for the annual sub and used the discount you are getting 4 reports for $10 a pop. Not bad. Pretty charts and graphs too. Even the monster has to eat ya know.

I note there's now going to be a product name change, which I think is a Good Thing because this has been confusing to a lot of people.

What ??? I'm here because I need to give a new card # to renew
in 2 days but wanted to see if I still want this software and/or
whether I'd prefer to try another myfico product.

I get alerts EVERY WEEK. Not every 3 months. Every 3 months I get
credit report updates and FICO score updates. BUT every WEEK I get
an 'Alert' from the monitoring of new accts being opened...

They monitor through only Trans-Union of course, or at least that's
what I understand.

The Weekly Alerts, for me, include NO CHANGE alerts because I
want to see that the monitoring really is in effect. If you choose
to get alerts even when there is nothing to be alerted about, you
might feel better... I do.
