ive been holding for 30 mins, this is ridiculous, after this free trial, not giving them business again.
anyone else have a similar experience?
finally was able to get someone after 35 mins of holding, the rep was very nice and helpful though.
i just suggest they fix their wait times, it said 5-10 mins.
