sears account closed no alert from my fico

i had a sears account on my cr it was my fathers card but has been on my report for 15 years , citi closed the

account since it has not been used in 8 years, card was in service for 46 years , is listed as closed in all 3

reports this month did not 

get alert from my fico

You should have gotten an alert because an account status changed. My thoughts, call and complain about it. It they don't do anyhing and you still want scorewatch, cancel and sign back up.
