US Bank is really big on investing in solid customers. My understanding is that you did not have any recent credit and your existing lenders were saying that you paid them properly. You probably also had your previous credit inquiries almost past the 12mo mark because US Bank is really conservative with lending and the profile is considered their edge case. I would however love to know if you got the Visa or the MasterCard.
