Anybody have their Blockfi/Gemini card working with an airline dining program

Has anybody hooked up their Gemini card with one of the rewards dining program and are you getting the miles. I decided to hook mine up with the alaska dining program but so far have not seen any notification and I've been going to the same fast food place to update the expiration date on my air miles with other cards and get an email

Chase (CSP,CF,CFU,southwest premier)
Barclay(jetblue, arrival)
Bofa(US pride, premium, travel, cash, Suzy komen)
Citi(Premier, Double cash, Costco)
Fnbo(Mlife)
Amex(everyday, cash, Hilton)
Blockfi
Caesars rewards

Okay looks like I got my dining rewards with the Blockfi card, and that extra special rewards promo from using the card at my favorite fast food joint to keep my airmiles from expiring
