I'm basically looking to get a second Custom Cash through PC, but I'm not sure which Citi cards (besides Costco) exclude doing a product change. Unfortunately, I'm not eligible for the bonus for Premier right now or I'd do that, and I don't fly AA. I know the AT&T card isn't the best, but could that one be used to go on this path? Thanks.
Current Citi cards: Double, Custom, Rewards+ (plus some of their co-branded ones like Costco and Best Buy)
Cards managed by their Retail Services group like your Best Buy CC or the DNSB cards (Macy's, Bloomingdale's) also couldn't be product changed.
I have heard that there have been successes in converting the AT&T card.
I know you can PC from the Diamond card.
I might try AT&T then as it at least has a small SUB. Thanks.
Citi offered me a PC from Double Cash to Custom Cash a few months ago but I didn't see any SUB or any other real reason to accept it at the time.
I recently requested PC from my Rewards+ to second Custom cash through chat and it's accepted.
Can you PC to a Citi CC from a Citi Simplicity?

Yes. I keep getting offered the Double Cash for my Simplicity and was told via chat it could also change to a Custom Cash.
