I want to thank everyone for their advice and posts...I wrote a letter to Comcast regarding a collection account on my credit report using PlanetFeedback last night around midnight and today I actually got a call back from the PR rep. Sweet!!! At least this is a start...now I'll see if they can actually fix the situation.
That's awesome, congrats! Maybe there's a company left on the planet who cares about PR. I tried that site and nary a response. Cool concept though, I probably just hit a dud.
