Thanks for that, didn't know as I just recently joined only for the saving account. Since then i have seen several pre-approved offers on all types of Financing, just hadn't needed anything as yet because was trying to pay everyhing off to get DTI down.

Was it a HP to join for a Savings acct.?

I really do not need anymore Chex Inqs.

Re: DCU Quick Loans, Approvals, No HP, etc.

The Personal loans start at 6.49, but Quick loan is different. They'll approve up to 2k if you've been with them 6 months, up to 1k for 90 days. Only meant for emergency, so not long term loan.@Anonymous wrote:

At 10% I would definitely pay it back quickly!

It's interesting how they tease you with "as low as 6.69%", but rarely have I seen any one get that low rate.

I didn't know thye were SP approvals, i might look into them for my next Card or Loan. Since it appears the SUB on the NFCU Flagship doesn't happen till march.

I don't know as I do not check Chex INQ's, someone else who does might know that.

@M_Smart007.  DCU is sensitive to ChexSystems inquiries. There has been reported denials for membership.

Re: DCU Quick Loans, Approvals, No HP, etc.

My blind screen reader takes out the guessing. Preapprovals just say Accept, an actual HP application says Apply. LOL! 😂 @Pit-Smoker wrote:

@Anonymous , I made this mistake once (but I'm sure you're smarter than I am!) :-)

The GREEN ones are Hard Pulls-- you're just doing an app.  The Gold/Orange ones are soft pulls.  For those, you've received a prequal.

Hope that helps... you or someone!
