Has anyone had any success with NCO Financial?

I went on planetfeedback and sent a letter to the CEO about a month ago, and another one 2wks ago, but I have received no response.

I have 3 paid collection accounts that I was requested deletion.

Brammy,

You said NCO rarely deletes. Do you mean after you have paid or they rarely do PFDs or both? I have a small collection with them, less than $100, that I was thinking of doing a PFD on.

I have had 3 NCO collections..I was successful at getting them all deleted. I did a PFD for 2 of them...but you have to be really aggressive...the other one I just paid and then disputed by saying "company agreed to delete account upon payment. Account Paid" In two weeks it was gone.

One time about a year ago I tried to contact NCO regarding a chargeoff...it was like trying to nail Jell-o to a wall. I got bounced to call centers all over the planet.

I had really good luck with NCO. I sent one PFD, and they sent a signed letter stating they would upon full payment. They keep their word too. Soon after they got it, it was gone!!!! So keep trying, they will delete.

If you search here you will find an e-mail address of a gentleman named Mike Barrister (sp?). I e-mailed him and within 5 days got a signed letter from a VP of the company stating the TL would be deleted. I'm still waiting for the deletion but I blame that on the notoriously SLOW EX.

I had 3 NCO accounts on all three CRA and disputed all of them as not mine, they were all deleted. Of course they were all past the SOL so I'm sure that helped.

I wrote a letter and a man by the name Dave Teklits responded. He said he was sending a letter to all 3 bureaus to remove my chargeoffs. For some reason TU won't remove the chargeoff though. They removed the first one before this letter but they refuse to remove this second one.

Someon PM me these contacts. I have a colelction on a cancelled insurance policy and the ONLY reason I paid it was because the mortgage broker told me to. 62 bucks killing my score
