HIPPA Board Removal?

I realize that the message boards here on myFICO don't belong to me and the moderators/owners of this site can conduct forum business as they see fit.  However, many of us were in the middle of using the HIPPA process to clean up medical collections and now I cannot seem to locate any of the posts that outlined the exact step by step letter process.

It seems unusual to me that such a successful board was abruptly removed. 

Regardless, if someone could PM me the HIPPA process content or simply put me in the know as to what happened it would be greatly appreciated.

As always, you guys have been a great source of strength and knowledge in helping others rebuild their credit and have helped me personally become more a more informed consumer.

Someone from another credit-related forum claimed that we were using their information in an unauthorized manner. While we strongly disagree with this claim, we decided to discontinue the Recovering from Medical Debt board rather than get involved in a long and unproductive dispute over this material.

If you google "whychat HIPAA" you can find some resources to help you finish up your process.
