And I did not say this was something everyone will get. As stated in my initial post, I read about it in an email that I got from doctor of credit. I am sure many people on these boards know what that forum is and how accurate and reliable their information is..... I did not have to take a HP, all I did was go into chat, tell them what I wanted, and to me, they offered 3% cash back and then I asked about a lower APR. I told her I don't use the card because of the APR and she lowered it to 0% for a year. Need further clarification, go look up discover on doctor of credit. Good luck!!
