I've had 100% success using this method. Some companies are a little more difficult, but by the second round of emails to ALL of the execs, the problem usually goes away within days. Not weeks, months... days. Thanks, great advice. I'll try going that route as well. Like I said earlier this my only negative across CRs, except TU - for whatever reason that one remains clean - so I'm going to fight to get this thing removed. I've come a long way with my credit health and don't want to wait another seven years for this to fall off. The derog should've never happened bc I simply thought I had made the payment (still kicking myself).
