My criteria for prime card are:   1. No AF or reasonable AF with generous reward program (Amex Blue - $75 AF, but 6% back for groceries make it worth.) 2. APR less than 10% 3. Reward program which offers more than 1% cash back and does not revolve rewards. 4. BT $0 fee, 0% APR for at least 12 months. 5 Willingnes to grant CLI. 6. Good CS. 7. Convinietnt payment possibilities (preferebly on-line)   1. My only AF card is Amex Blue, rest are no AF. 2. 13 out 21 cards I have have APR 10% or less. 3 cards with APR higher than 10% are store cards. 3. Penfed Visa (5% back on gas), Fort Knox (5% back on gas), Amex Blue (6% back on groceries) 4. Navy FCU Visa. 5. Navy, Amex, BOA, PenFed, Citi. Defently not Chase, Barclay or HSBC 6. Chase pulls hard for just talking to you. Issue 2 I probably can't fix, but issue 1 is odd, everyone else on here talks about talking to someone who will just up it right there if you talk to them about it, and the people I talk to are so mechanical and rigid, they just say it has to be a CLI request with a hard pull. Advice??   Also - is it worth it to simply apply for the Chase Freedom and take the hit of the hard inquiry?
