I still have a repo, it doesnt fall off until 9/09. My only concern is one I did not take into consideration earlier, my loans where pre 9/2008 which may have been easier to qualify then, than it is now. I never considered refinancing so soon, most people where telling me I would have to pay for 2 years before I could refi. I got an offer in the mail from HSBC @ the 5th or 6th month.
