This particular acct was IIB but I dont think the condition should say derogatory correct? I am just trying to see EXACTLY how a "good" tradeline should look like that was IIB so when I go through and clean I know what to look for.

They should all show a 0 balance and IIB if a balance was shown before and BK wiped it out...
what about pay status and condition?
OP, be sure to pull your CRs directly from the CRAs, vs. using a 3rd-party CMS. Sometimes the data mis-translates in these side-by-side reports.
Very good point llecs
Is there any other way than paying for it to get actual CRA reports? I suppose I could wait for first round of disputes to come back right?

Annualcreditreport.com. You can also get them if you suffered adverse action by a creditor (e.g. a CLD, acct closure, etc.). You can also get it if you were denied credit in the past 60 days I think. I'm not certain, but if you recently became unemployed I think you are entitled to a free report. Also some states allow for an extra set of free reports. And then there's always the fallback copy of your CR when the disputes come back.
How would I get them for being denied credit because I was

You'll have to dig around, and it won't be that easy. Off the top of my head, EQ's is www.equifax.com/fcra Maybe the others are similar, but I can't remember.
