I've had the DM card for a little over a year now, 1700 Cl, PIF, sometimes I let a balance of <200 report, but never pay interest. I have called in 3 times for a CLI, but have always been denied.
With the new Shop Smart benefits, and me being in the market for new kitchen appliances, I really wanted to be able to purchase them all at once. I called the Recon # listed in the backdoor thread. I told her I was declined, was a great customer and wanted a CLI. She said it would be a hard pull and I approved.
She purt me on hold, came back, chatted a bit and... APPROVED....$4000 cl, a $2300 CLI. She really seemed excited for me, and wished me luck on kitchen remodel.
