Got the Fedelity AMEX on recon.

So I apped last night for the Fidelity AMEX to compliment my brokerage account with them and initially received the 30 day message. I called the automated number today and found out it was a denial. Right after that I called a credit analyst who informed me that the reason for the denial was my short credit history. I explained my age (30) and that I was a late credit bloomer who has just always paid my bills on time with cash. With that said I was approved for 5k.

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
