Agree with essentially his reply to what to say. I think you are over thinking this and driving your self nuts.. Just make the call the worse they are going to say is you were declined. Most likely it was a computer glitch if it was a prequal and you just got lost in the system, especialy if you have other comedity cards. Don't let them HP you though for whatever reason!
