My Credit App Adventures Over the Last Month

so here are my experiences over the last few months with CC apps and such. As always, YMMV when applying as everyone has a little bit of difference in back ground. I have been rebuilding since 2008 and have come a long way.  Will post more stories about my adventures in a new thread...but will focus on the last few months for now. :-)

1) NFCU CLIs

     A) Platinum MC - 5k, to 10k, to 22k

     B) FlagShip Visa - 14K to 22K

2) BBVA NBA Amex - 15K - new account 

3) PenFed Amex - 7.5K - new account

3) PenFed Promise Visa - 5.5K - new account

4) Cabelas Visa - 5K - but didn't keep the card...low limit and high interest as compared to others

5) Capital One Venture- 20k - yeah!  New account

6) Capital One QS - 3k to 3.25K - WTH? LOL

7) DCU Visa - Denied

8) NASA FCU Visa - Denied

9) *** Auto Loan refined to PenFed from NFCU, .99% interest....SCORE! :-)

10) BJs Mastercard - Denied

11) Barclays Visa Black - CLI - 5K to something more - Denied - I closed the account...not worth the AF.

12) Synchrony CareCredit CLI - 6k to 11K

13) Amazon Store Card CLI - 400 to 1.9k

14) Kohls CLI from 300 to 700.....meh

15) Overstock 10.9k...not shabby...may get a used Rolex. :-)

P.S. Scores are all between 680 and 702.  Too many inquires now, so I am back in the garden for a while. :-)
