Approved for Amex BCR with BK7

Sweeeet.

I haven't been on this site in a while and i decided to browse some browse some post and got the itch to try for an Amex. I have tried every for the past two years cuase .... well i get the itch like i just did and what do you know! i didn't expect a yes and i get an instant approval! 16,100 limit. i'm 5 years and a couple days short of 5 months since discharge. i just thought i would post incase some one was wondering if they could get approved that was in the same shoes as me.

Congrats! Yes Amex is BK friendly if you are atleast 5 years post filing date.

Congratulations! I was discharged 11/2012. I am still not prequalified on their website. Did you prequalify before applying?
