So capital one asked me for income verification. When I applied I used my House hold income as my husband works and I am a full time student and mom currently. He said I could fax in bank statements or a w2.. But I didn't say it would be my husbands.
What's the correct way to do this? I'm sure if I send my husbands pay stubs they will notice it's not my name lol
His bank statement has his name on it lol but I called capital one again and she said its fine I just have to get a letter typed up saying my name is blah blah and I pay my wife's blah blah and she has access to all of my funds
Signed blah blah
Then send pay stubs.
Anyone have a sample letter of this?
sent in a letter with my husband saying he pays my expenses and his annual income. followed by 3 check stubs, and our joint tax return from last year.

Just updating this, I got approved! $300 starting limit. I burned capital one back in 2007 when I was 18 and irresponsible. I'm so glad they forgave me.
Off to the garden I go!
That's awesome! A couple years ago I was also approved with a $300 limit, but that will quickly grow with time
