I have always put in my income only on all my apps over the years. I see differing references to both methods on this forum and would like some definitive feedback. i could clearly add 25% to my income at time of apps if I did household. I bet there are others out there wondering the same. TIA -Barry
use for income whatever you can expect to reasonable get your hands on to pay your bills, if that is HHI then by all means use it.

I say ask the lender what they consider income and simply give them that info. Some take household and some don't.
