Its definitely true that BOA credit cards requires 91 days for CLI. Back in September 14 I had a 3k limit, I asked for an increase and they gave me 9k. Now its December 14th which is exactly 91 days later and I asked for another increase and they instantly approved me for $18.8K. I always PIF by the statement closing date. And yes I had all 3 bureaus of my credit frozen today before I went online and hit the luv button which was highlighted in blue. I'm going to keep asking for CLI every 91 days until they decide to stop giving out the CLI approvals. Happy Holidays to all.

Your approval hints at a possible policy change multiple reports over the last few years pointed to BoA denying CLI requests when reports were locked/frozen.
