2 for 2 with BK reporting - now 3 for 3

I am glad to share that I just got approved for two consecutive cards - after my mess with Amex

Disover more card - 2000 CL ( another proof that BK is not a deal breaker)

Walmart store card - 200 CL initially (what a joke) , so I called a credit analyst and told me to take a manual review at my report

bump it to at least 1000 or just cancel the app all together

five minutes on hold then - I agree sir with considering your other exisiting CL, card will be adjust to a 1000 limit

No more app for me, this is my first apping in four year span

Also;

BK is eight years old, no negative since

intrested in apping for apple card..however I see they are Barclay...turned down earlier this month for United Airlines card ..to many inq.....I know they are backed by the same bank, however i wonder of the criteria is diffrent to qualify..bieng the UA card is a travel card w reward points and the apple card is a CC to purchase a compute?

I know that is a wonderful feeling, b/c I like you have an almost 8 year old BK..I too have a Discover and I've gotten a few other prime cards recently, such as AMEX!! So I know it's possible..

Fortunately an older BK is not the end of the credit world for us anymore!!  Mine was primarily due to medical bills ( I had 5 back surgeries) and then during that time I was surplused from my job..

There is a light at the end of the tunnel!!

Congrats and I can't wait to see what you accomplish in the future!

I should call Amex and offer to change my name to Bamagirl to get some luv 

or perhaps I should have been more conservative and apped for Zync instead of going all out.
