Amex Info Gone

I just logged in to my amex/costco acct and no info is available on bal, charges, pendings and such. The site says sorry it doesn't happen often but info not available.

Should I be worried.

I wouldn't be concerned ~ probably just a system/website upgrade glitch.

Thanks pizzadude you were right, just cked and all is well. I guess I get parnoid with all the talk of FR and closing accts and such

+1 - Way overly-hyped!

Bottom line, you lie on your app, Amex calls your bluff, you go down in flames. You tell the truth on your app, Amex calls your bluff, you win and life moves forward.

If I were ever FR'd, I would be most happy to cooperate with them as I like my relationship with Amex. Plus, I always "under state" my income when I app. This way, never an issue...

I agree as long as your truthful youll be just fine if they ever call your number on the FR waiting list.
