Usually faster and easier to call in and ask... couple of Chase' Cards similar to some of the Amex cards they have agreements with the partnership that you can't transfer out of it or into it... I only know of Starbucks Visa (which I don't know they still have) but they said no and then all of a sudden it was available because of the partnership going away or something.
Chase usually won't PC a co-branded card, only the ones they issue directly like Slate to Freedom or Freedom to Sapphire. They had me apply for the card I wanted and then combined the credit lines into the new card.
If you do call could you please give the results? I have a Southwest Premier that I would be interested in changing to the JP Morgan Select card for the Chip+Signature feature.
