Capital One check for upgrade link

I had an offer for QS to QS or QS to Venture one.

my original card was a non-siggy with a $17,000 cl that I combined from another QS and a Venture.

I pulled the trigger and excepted the upgrade for the QS to QS hoping it would be a siggy.

received the card a few days ago and it was indeed upgraded to a siggy. yeah!

I got the same message so looks like Cap1 is doing something or the service is down at the moment for whatever reason.

Thank you for the link! Just upgraded my husbands Platinum to a QS 1.5% cash back.  I was just approved for the Platinum last week (and then I merged my One card CL into the Platinum) but  I tried anyway, and I got the "We've hit a snag" message.  Not sure if there is a website issue, or if there is no offer for me (which I would understand, since I just got the Platinum last week)

Link is not working for me now but i did wake up to a $500 auto cli. Previously been getting offers for the same qs1. Do auto cli reset the 6 month cap 1 timer??

Just did the link this morning. Got upgraded from Platinum to the Quicksilver with no annual fee. Credit limit remains the same but I get credit steps on my 5th statement.
