Congrats on Citi DC approval.... I know exactly how u feel about time to get actual card.....rep claims they had a problem w/getting new cards out when I called on 11th after being approved on the 9/2...welcome letter received on 9/7 dated 9/4,,telling me I'd have my card by 9/11 or call if not..So called 9/12 and told card was mailed out on 9/11..I got the card package on 9/17.....so it is on the way..lol
if you call that number in letter they will tell ya when the actual card was mailed...
