Citi's Upromise Card

0% for 12 months and NO FEE is getting harder to come by.  However, I did apply online for Citi's Upromise Card and was approved online  for $4,500.00.  Citi pulled Transunion. 
 
Just thought some of you might be interested in applying as well.  I don't know what score is needed.

TU score was 684; Equifax 696 and Experian 722.
