Their cards are backed by FNBO. I had a secured card with $400 limit. I sent in $200 to increase secured limit and they auto-CLI'd me to $800. After 18 months, I PC'd to the unsecured card. No AF, 17.99% APR, $2300 CL. They've been good to me so far. My only complaints are the website tools could use a little updating and CS would be better if they took the time to listen to requests before they ran off with their script. Oh, one other thing, they have a cash back program like BofA-nothing to write home about. Stores I don't frequent & don't intend to visit. I've only gotten two deals since I had it.
