The GE Luv Buttons have been disappearing all over the place lately. Mine never showed up at the four month mark on my new PayPal Mastercard, but they did do an auto-cli from $1000 to $4400 just before the fourth statement would have cut. There has been some discussion on the disappearance of the Luv Button on various GE cards here and on another discussion forum. Nobody knows whether this is a permanent change in policy or just something temporary.
