I got my Paypal Extras MC in March this year with a CL of $3k. Yesterday, I received an auto CLI to $4.5k. I called today to request for a CLI to $10k, but, was

declined. I was expecting a counter offer, but no luck! I have not received an HP alert. 

I clicked on the Walmart luv button and my CL was immediately increased to $3.5k, from $2k. (This was last night, before I called for Paypal CLI).
