How do BT's effect Amex CLI's?

I'm about to transfer a large balance from my Amex Blue Cash card to a new card. About 70% of my amex CL. Will Amex be more or less likely to approve a future CLI because of this? I'm up for my 6 mo auto CLI option via the website love button.

Not that the BT will affect anything to my knowledge, but the fact that you are carrying such a high balance on any card will affect your chances when they soft pull your CR

So Amex doesn't care if I had a large balance and transferred it to another banks card? That won't hurt my chances of a CLI?
