Everytime I've called Capital One in the past to inquire about a product change, they've denied it. I've been with them from 2007, with an intial CL of $500. I've never been late with a payment and over the years, the CL has been increased to $4500. Today, I decided to call Capital One and complain about not being able to PC to a better card. The woman on the phone was kind and told me that there's an offer available to me. FINALLY!!! Capital One upgraded me to the VentureOne rewards card.
Very nice, congrats ! I think hell is freezing over rofl
