Anyone had any luck requesting credit line increase or is this just an automatic, slooowww process.
ASP. Automatic slow process.
Look on the bright side though, you get a free credit-card enhanced TU08 score.

I think you only get auto increases. From what i know Merrick Bank doesnt grant customer initiated CLI request. But I have to agree that at least you do get a monthly Bankcard-enhanced TU08 Fico score when you sign up for paperless statements. That is the only reason i keep that account open. Do not like the monthly annual fee. They are also sensetive to new accounts and inquiries.
It was automatic for me at my 6 month mark. They doubled my CL from $700 to $1400. It was a nice surprise.

nice! wished i would have gotten that kind of increase.. I went from 650 to 850 just back in November and had the card for a year now. But then i did get a letter just the previous month before my increase warning me of opening too many new accounts could result in them closing the card. So shouldnt complain.
Thanks! Yeah, they probably did it because I only have 2 TL's, Merrick being one of them. My other CC is a Credit One with a $400 limit.

you are probably right. I had opened my Discover, Walmart, Dillards in August alone so that alone probably played a factor in getting a bigger increase with them. I just got approved for the BofA Better Balance MC so hope that doesnt freak them out when it reports.

I don't have an account with Merrick so I can't log in to see, but am I to assume it's running on .NET? If so, then I would concur.
I have had my card for a year now and they upped my limit from $1000 to $1200....granted i have had to maxed out the whole time so Im surprised they upped it at all. But no they do not allow customer initiated increases unfortunately.
You need to agree to paperless statements, then a Go Score icon should automagically appear on the left after you do that.
