After many months of no offers, tonight when I selected the option to modify my features I have the option of converting my Capital One Platinum card to a Quicksilver card with 1.5% cash back on every purchase.
I've been receiving offers recently for my Capital One Platinum Mastercard for a 0% balance transfer. I won't be ready to set up a BT for about a few weeks. Regarding those of you who've converted to the Quicksilver cash back, did you see your BT offers either diminish or stop ? Was your interest rate raised ? (My interest rate is ~ 14.9%)
I'm trying to think of any catch. If this is not a case of "too good to be true", then I don't want to miss out on this offer.
