Re: pre-approved....

Perhaps there is still one person who is active on the Credit Card forum who doesn not know that Chase HP's for everything, including CLI's...

You're not that person, I don't think.

eta: wait, Chase called you for something or another, and it resulted in an HP? Do tell...

Re: pre-approved....

yea when i log on it says chase is listening so i have been sending feed back and one of the ones i sent was i wanted them to match my BoA card and upgrade me as BoA already upgraded me. they called me today and i wasnt really paying attention nor could i really hear the overseas rep plus i was in the middle of doing a bunch of things and not paying attention. so i complete take fault in this as such i froze my reports from something like that happening again

Re: pre-approved....

You were driving, doing something else, and trying to communicate with an overseas rep?  Next time, just ask the CSR to call back later..

I tried a recon with Chase and they ended up doing another HP!!  I found out months later while checking my CRs.  I would just stop now.  How many inquiries do you have?
