I called the collection agency to get a copy of the letter they sent to Exp and they said that I wasn't able to get a copy of that and informed me that they weren't going to update again with Exp and advised that I dispute it again and they would either not verify or inform them that it should be deleted. Should I send Exp a copy of the letter that I received from the CA? The CA also told me to send EXP the copy of the letter that I have.
