Ok I have seen that a number of peopel have been given credit through Capital One Auto Finance after a bankruptcy or if their credit scores aren't so great. I was just discharged from a chp 13 bk last month and my score with equifax is 587. It is 568 with either TU or Experian I can't remember which. Will Capital One give you a decision online or do you have to send them w-2s and tax returns before they approve you? If anyone has been approved through them in a similar situation please let me know how the process worked. Thanks so much.
I used to work for COAF - can I say that? I've seen APRs as high as 24%. Yes, on a car loan. (Of course, COAF was probably the consumer's only offer, so I am NOT implying anything unethical on COAF.) I happen to think highly of them.
I figured the APR would be high and that is to be expected. I was just discharged from a chapter 13 bankruptcy last month. Should I even bother to apply or are they pretty forgiving?
My husband and I have a car loan and motorcycle loan through them that we got instant approval for online. I think they've been great to deal with and the rates are very fair.
