Like any of us would, I want this collection gone.... Any suggestions to bring heat on CA to delete it are much appreciated.
Scenario...
Chase charged of my CC acct and sold the debt to Vision Nevada.
Acct was incl in my CH 7 BK after Chase sold it. On CRs, Chase is reporting it as disch in BK -and- Zenith Acquisition is reporting as a collection disch in BK.
Chase denied hiring CA when I inquired. Investigating dates in CR, it seems Vision Nevada hired Zenith Acquisition some 15 days after buying the debt.
I can't come to grips with why Zenith can report this as a collection when the junk debt buyer Vision who hired them isn't even on my CR.
