Credit Card Not Being Reported on Credit Report.

Hi everyone,

I have a concern, I am trying to increase my credit score and have recently took a look at my credit report and have noticed that one of my credit cards, exxonmobil, is not reported on my credit report. I am wondering how could I get this credit card to be reported on my credit report as I have never been late on a payment and have had credit increases.

Call the number on the back of your card. Someone in customer service should get you to the right dept. so that you can ask for this  account to be reported to the bureaus.

Exxon/Mobil is in the process of updating their internal reporting system. As a result some accounts have not been reporting for the last 2-3 months. They expect to resume reporting all accounts sometime in January.
