Just a heads up for those who use CK to check their scores. I know they aren't suppose to be hard pulls, but I don't want to hold my breath that they get re-coded as softs.
Also, wasn't sure where to post this!
I just got a reply from them
"Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The problem has been identified and corrected. Rest assured that any user affected by this error will have their file corrected shortly. Engineers are currently working on updating the files.
I apologize that it took us a few hours to respond. We had to gather all the appropriate information first. I hope that we did not cause you any inconvenience or angst in those few hours.

At least they seem to be trying to fix it.
Have you tried to e-mail or call them?
It is some glitch in their system.

wow that's so uncool. i used to check CK daily, are you saying that you have hard inq.'s showing up on your cr from CK?
Yes.
And I did send an email. Hopefully they will re-code it as a soft, since that is what it SHOULD be.
Until they get it fixed, I don't recommend anyone going to pull from there.
LOL. A hard pull for a FAKO score.
