Fico was at 561 2/26 now that all my balances reported from 80% to 5% (good bye tax refund but well worth it)...now we have enough income to keep them paid off and not pay any more interest.

EQ was my lowest too...TU was at 611 who knows what it's at now...

FHA loan here I come!
