My advise, coming from someone that was in the same situation. File the police report, pull the credit reports from all three bureaus, then send them in a copy of the police report and a letter along with ID and such to get the accounts blocked, removed, and the inquiries removed from the reports. As well as correcting the DOB and addresses, because obviously she was using a false DOB and such.
