I have a tentative closing date of July 10th on my USDA direct loan. All conditions have been met. My attorney got the title and survey and is preparing the paperwork for USDA this week and I am FREAKING OUT. I'm so worried that we've come so far and SOMETHING is gonna screw it up. Anyone have issues at this point in the process???!!!???
